- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
- Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice
- We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately however minor variations may occur
- In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
Orders and Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product at the stated price
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched
- Payment on Delivery orders must be paid in full in cash upon delivery
- Online payments are processed securely through Paystack
- We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or card issuer
Delivery
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
- Delivery within Lagos: 1–3 business days
- Nationwide delivery: 3–5 business days
- We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order was cancelled due to our error but we always offer free delivery
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery
Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products
- Products must be unused and in original packaging

- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via bank transfer
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
